Syed Hisham Bin Syed Hassan, graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from International Islamic University of Malaysia in 2016. He further extends his study in Bachelor of Laws (Shariah) and had completed the course in 2017 at International Islamic University of Malaysia.

He commenced his pupillage at Messrs. Khalid, Iqbal & Associates under the guidance of Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Bin Sainy. He was then admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019. Upon admission to the Malaysian Bar, he began his practice at Messrs. Khalid Iqbal & Associates as Legal Associate soon after.

He continues his practice with Messrs. Khalid Iqbal & Associates in the areas of general litigation particularly in debt recovery matters, probate proceeding, family law, employment law, land acquisition and alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and adjudication. He also had exposure with conveyancing matters involving sub-sale transaction and perfection of transfer throughout his practice.

Apart from heavily involve in civil matters, he was substantially involved in various Shariah matters involving faraid application, divorce proceeding, post-divorce claims, revocation of Hibah, including preparation of various settlement agreement and will. To date, he is a qualified Syarie Counsel in the Federal Territories, State of Perak, State of Malacca and Negeri Sembilan.
